- Just bring yourself and your friends!
- Located at our San Leandro residential kitchen, learn to make daifuku mochi, pounded mochi, ice cream mochi, rose mochi, and mochi donuts!
Virtual Mochi 3 Course Experience
- $35 per person (5 participants minimum)
- 0r $500 Flat Fee for (20 or more participants, up to 49)
- $700 Flat Fee for (groups of 50 or more participants, Groups of 100+ please inquire for pricing)
- Minimum is 5 participants for virtual classes
- Description: In this class we will going hands-on and making mochi 3 different ways! We will make Daifuku Mochi filled with your choice of red bean, fresh strawberries, berries, or nutella/chocolate, as well as learning how to make mochi ice cream! Lastly, a choice of either Hawaiian butter mochi, Mochi brownies, or Mochi Donuts. You will leave class with a lot of mochi history and our special techniques to keep making mochi for any occasion! This class is taught by the Original Mochi Master, Kaori's Mother, Yukiko
- Duration: 1-2 hours (flexible, depending on how long you would like the class to be, and which dish you'd like to make)
- Can be done at your home, requires only a microwave or stovetop
