Cooking All Over Asia!
- Day 1: Japanese: sushi and gyoza potstickers
- Day 2: Chinese: Chow mein, orange chicken, broccoli beef
- Day 3: Korean: make jars of homemade kimchi, Korean pajeon savory pancakes
- Day 4: Indian: chicken tikka masala, cumin rice, samosas

Master Baking Class - this course is designed for those who love to bake and decorate!
- Day 1: Fondant flower making. we will make a fondant rose, fondant hydrangea, and other type of fondant flower! They will learn how to make fondant from scratch, how to roll, cut, and shape it for the flowers using fondant tools! We will also bake chocolate and vanilla cupcakes from scratch. Each child will take home 3 cupcakes decorated beautifully with fondant flowers.
- Day 3: Cupcakes, Galore! In this class, we will make a master cake batter, to which we will add varieties! Each student will make and take home:
- red velvet cupcake
- carrot cake cupcake
- birthday cake cupcake
- cookies and cream cupcake
- Day 4: Cookies, galore! In this class, we will make a master cookie batter, to which we will add varieties! Each student will make and take home:
- chocolate chip
- smores cookie
- birthday cake cookie with white chocolate chips
- double chocolate cookie
- Plus, students will get to take some cookie dough home with them!
- Day 4 : Delicious Breads In this class students will learn how to make one master bread dough, from which we will make:
- Japanese sweet red bean bun
- Japanese custard bun
- Japanese melon roll
- Japanese fried curry bun

- Day 1: Italy: Homemade ravioli from scratch, homemade tomato sauce
- Day 2: Greece: spanakopita, baklava
- Day 3: France: homemade macarons! (these take some time, so they are the only thing on the menu)
- Day 4: Brazil: pao de queijo cheese bread, feijoada beans and rice, fried cheese pastel
- Day 5: Mexico: homemade flour tortillas, burritos, and churros
